Green Caterpillar Consulting was founded by Kim Pearson, a qualified accountant who spent years in senior finance roles at global corporations. Driven by a desire to make that expertise accessible to smaller organisations and charities, Kim set out to create something more than just an accounting practice. He instead aimed to create practical financial systems, clear advice, and the kind of support that helps organisations thrive and grow.
Under Kim’s leadership, Green Caterpillar has grown into a team of experienced and qualified CFO’s, Finance Directors, Finance Managers, and Senior Bookkeepers.
